Our History
In 2003, Liquid Roofing Ltd was established with the primary goal of delivering high-quality liquid applied roofing systems. We collaborated closely with the industry's top liquid roofing technology manufacturer, leading to steady business growth and the development of a strong reputation for quality and safety.
From the outset, our unwavering commitment to health and safety has been a core principle guiding our operations. Thanks to an impeccable track record, we earned the trust of several of the UK's foremost flat roofing manufacturers and began working alongside them.
While liquid roofing systems remained a crucial part of our portfolio, our ambitions pushed us to embrace the bituminous sector, which has grown to command approximately 65% of the market. We dedicated ourselves to working closely with our supply chain to develop safe installation methods for these systems, incorporating enhanced fire watches and flame-free detailing.
Our Managing Director, Robert Richmond, plays a pivotal role on the NFRC's health and safety committee, who were instrumental in formulating the 'Safe2Torch' guidelines.
Recently, our range of services have expanded to meet the evolving needs of our clients, encompassing bituminous and liquid systems, single-ply, and hot-melt solutions. In 2019, we rebranded ourselves as LRL Roofing Solutions to better reflect our expertise across all aspects of flat roofing.
